Matthew Chapman, a dedicated life coach and former martial arts instructor, brings a wealth of experience from his 20 years running a successful 400-member school in Loughton, Essex. After selling his interest in the school, Matthew pivoted to focus on coaching and empowering other martial arts instructors who often face undervaluation and inadequate compensation despite their significant societal contributions.

Matthew’s mission centers around enriching the lives of martial arts instructors by equipping them with the necessary skills to enhance their earnings and extend their impact within their communities.
